FCMB is currently recruiting a go getter who is looking to expand a career in the mortgage industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads and sales in the open market and work on assigned leads by FCMB. Competitive stipend and an attractive commission structure will be offered.  

• Prospecting new leads from the open market and referral channels

• Provide accurate and trustworthy advise to mortgage applicants on new purchases and refinancing needs 

• Maintain the highest levels of customer satisfaction 

• Work with marketing department to build channel partners

• Assist mortgage applicants from pre-application stage to title transfer

• Meeting and exceeding sales targets 

• 2+ years’ experience in a role as a mortgage adviser or similar role

• Excellent communication skills, multilingual skills are a plus

• Broad understanding of the UAE real-estate/mortgage industry 

• Valid U.A.E driver’s license 

• Tech fluent and proficient in Microsoft office programs

• Arabic fluency is an advantage
