Delayed Sale Registration (DSR) is a financing structure used by banks for newly handed-over properties where the property transfer or final mortgage registration with the Dubai Land Department is pending completion at the time of financing.
Under the DSR structure, the bank proceeds with the financing based on the underlying sale agreement, developer confirmations, and agreed registration undertakings, with the final title and mortgage registration to follow once the registration process is completed.
