Disbursement
Disbursement refers to the drawdown or release of approved mortgage funds by the bank. Before disbursement can take place, the borrower must have signed the Final Offer Letter. It is the final step of the mortgage process, where all conditions in the FOL and contracts have been satisfied and account is funded with required fees (banking fees, insurance fees). The loan amount will then reflect in your banking app once the disbursement is completed and bank prepare the managers cheque/s to seller, DLD if requested.
